We wanted to let you all know that shipping prices have increased    drastically. We ship using USPS and UPS, whichever is the most economical. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the shipping amount by region; however, we do give refunds on any extra amount of shipping that isn't used. We have commercial rates and pass those savings on to our customers.  If the price seems high and you live close, you will most likely be getting a refund.
